Context
Nu Sae Coffee was opening several outlets in shophouse units of different widths and conditions. Each one had to read immediately as the same brand.
Challenge
The units are narrow and deep, yet a bar, a pastry display, seating, and storage all had to fit without feeling cramped.
Approach
Each facade is a large frame around one long window that shows off the bar, marked by the round Nu Sae logo. Inside, the bar runs along one side in warm timber and stone, leaving a clear path and seating on the other.
Scope
Facade and interior design, bar layout, joinery details, and 3D visualisation for several outlets.
Result
One design language that adapts to any unit, so every new outlet still feels like Nu Sae.
